Jessica is the Legal Practice Manager, head of Disputes and an accomplished and strategic commercial litigator. With bachelor’s degrees in both law and business, she uses her business knowledge and acumen to manage the organisation’s legal operational requirements and oversee the delivery of employment, property and intellectual property legal services.
Jessica’s disputes experience spans over a decade, advising on significant continuous and non-contentious issues, including contractual and consumer law disputes, directors’ duty matters, regulatory investigations, administrative review and debt collection, and working with clients across a range of industries including construction, property, planning and environment, education, media and entertainment and health.
