As a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Nicole has spent the last 27 years working for large public and government organisations spanning both local and international markets. In her most recent role as CFO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, she focused on transforming the agency’s corporate service delivery functions and integrating digital platforms across the care sector.
With her dual hats as CFO of Eternus and champion of our Care Economy initiative, Nicole is focused on delivering robust financial governance to manage our rapidly expanding service offerings, while building our brand as an influential market leader for those providing quality care. As a vocal advocate for vulnerable people and a champion for inclusive practices she is passionate about the positive impact a properly focused and resourced care sector can bring to communities.
Nicole is a Bellarine Peninsular local and an active member of the Committee for Geelong, a Director with the Melbourne University Publishing Co. and member of several advisory boards. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and has completed the Australia Institute of Investor Relations certification.
